Undeliverable Orders

Replacement Policy (No Refunds)

Eligibility for Replacement

Requests raised beyond this period may not be considered.
To initiate a replacement request, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue, including original packaging and product tags. Kalitho reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any replacement.
Conditions for Replacement
Replacement requests will be accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or special drops may be subject to different replacement terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Kalitho reserves the right to refuse replacement if the returned product does not meet quality checks or policy conditions.
Replacement Process
Once a replacement request is approved, the customer will be informed of the next steps. The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected by our quality team, unless otherwise specified.
If the same product or size is unavailable, Kalitho may offer an alternative of equal value, subject to customer confirmation. No monetary refund will be issued in any case.
